All items ordered were in stock according to the website. However, the order wasn't shipped for 4 weeks, and then only when chased several times. One of the main items on the order wasn't delivered at all. I wasn't informed about this (even though they claimed they sent me an email). It then took 3 weeks to refund the missing item, and then only when chased several times. I did get offered a discount on my next order, but I'm reluctant to order items that take a month to deliver, and then may not turn up at all.
I bought a Track jacket and their Mask from the McLaren store. Their merchandize is operated and supplied by stichd. The Jacket and mask turned out to be of inferior quality and I reached out to stichd for return. A miss Megan Kedzlie from stichd contacted me back and said that since the items does not have visible defects, they prove to be of good quality and the buyer has to pay for return shipping which in my case is half the cost of the items.
Inferior Quality. Faulty Advertisements (items will not be the same as in the pics) and poor customer service.

Bought a t shirt from the store. They cost a fortune but so does most f1 merchandise and you don't mind as long as you're getting a quality item, truth is the print they use is not top quality at all, my 2021 Lando norris team shirt print started peeling after only 1 wash and after the 2nd wash the print from the back was all but gone. It makes me not want to wear it for fear of washing it and losing more print. The customer support team were more than helpful and refunded me my money for the item so no complaints there. But honestly they need to up their quality as compared to my girlfriends red bull top you can tell the print is nowhere near as good quality and no matter how many I buy I fear the same would happen again.
Ordered 2 T shirts received email from DHL confirming they would deliver Thursday 13th May.
They then tried to deliver on Wednesday the 12th instead obviously I was going by the email so no one in.I then rearranged delivery from 13.00 to 17.00pm on Thursday .
They tried to deliver at 11.15am so again I was not in .
Six times this happened I would request 13.00 to 17.00 on there own website and they would attempt deliver at 11.00 unbelievable.
During the whole week I contacted mclearn store several times to get the situation sorted out I got one reply instructing me to request a refund they simply couldn't give a toss that they had lost a sale due to DHL incompetence still haven't received a refund.
We are so disappointed the whole family are huge McLaren fans and simply wanted to buy a couple of our favourite teams T shirts but it turned into a daily battle with DHL and McLaren Customer Support or lack of support I should say .
But hey hoo you've lost this sale and many more in the future as I'm not prepared to go through this every time I ordered some merch really shocked that a company like this is so bad avoid,avoid ,avoid .
Terrible Customer Service
I made an order in late April and they said that due to the pandemic shipping could take up to 5 working days. After the 5th day I email them asking for an update. Two days later I and still no response. I then send another email and finally the next day I get a reply. A lady told me that my order is ready and that it would be shipped out that same day. We agreed that if I did not get a email from UPS that same day saying that the package had been picked up, I would ask for a full refund. Seeing as this all happened on a Friday I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until Monday. I received no email whatsoever. I contacted them on Monday to ask for the refund and I still have no reply 3 days later. This is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I thought that Mclaren would be a trustworthy website to purchase something, however, they really aren't.
The lettering on my teampolo let go after washing it only once, so I sent mclaren an email. They replied within a day, telling me that they had sent me a new polo without any extra costs. In my opinion they have great customer service.
Ordered Mclaren hoodie and facemask (new edition 2021). Quality is really good, order was delivered in 3 work days. Really satisfied with this order. 10/10
Disgusting. Enquired about a 600lt wanting to buy. Emailed the dealer. I even chased for a call back. Then told me they sold the car? I said why didn’t you tell me you have someone interested right now and do I want to go ahead immediately. I am a cash buyer so easy to be a new customer. I would have said yes. The car might look good but if the dealerships have no principles to any potential buyer. Stay clear from this brand . Stick with my bentley now off to Ferrari or Lamborghini. Review based on DEALERSHIPS NOT being professional and if they treat potential customers like this they have a huge problem.
Ordered on 17th December, got an email to say it was out of stock so they'd refund me on the 29th December, still waiting on any kind of progress with that on the 8th January, attempted getting in touch with their support on the 4th as the order was still showing as In Progress and heard nothing back.
Extremely poor customer service.
Ordered a Lando Norris t-shirt on dec 11th 2020 to be shipped with UPS, but they shipped with cheaper DPD and delivery failed due to incomplete addressing (as they say). Package was returned to mcLaren store and it is still there. Don't ever buy here and be aware it is part of stichd.com which also runs fuelforfans.com and more related F1 brands like shop.mercedesamgf1.com.
Sadly i didn't check this site out before i bought a product. I bought a facemask, and i got no shippingtracker. i E-mailed them, telling them about it, and they did nothing. I have no clue where my product is, and they don't answer my E-mail.
Pricey products and poor service. Not worth it, get your mask on the official U-mask site or at Mercedes if you want a branded one.

I had an issue where the site would not allow me to order. I contacted customer service, and after figuring out, there was a glitch on their website, they solved it. However, I had missed the deadline for the contest, which had incentivized my order, so they gave me a 20% Discount code for my next order. The way the service rep (Troy McLaughlin) helped me is how service should be done. Fantastic job.
